I have an 08 f250 with the 6 disc changer,sirius, and steering wheel controls. i found a factory nav out of an 08 f150 for sale but the dealer says it wont work b/c you need to reprogram it and need different modules and antennas/ any idea if this is true and will this work in my 08 ?
