AVH-P4200 no iPod movie

I just hooked up the ipod cable to the HU but I can't get it to play video only the audio from the movie plays is there a setting somewhere I need to change?

You have to set the Aux-1 to IPOD in your initial settings. I have the 4100 and had the same prob.

I was just reading this very same thing ^^ on the Pioneer website / accessory / ipod cable. There is a small disclaimer stating to set to the Aux-1.

you have to get a different cable, the standard ipod cable won't play video on the 4200, you need the CD-IU200V
