Problem

I was hooking up my new stereo wen my brother came into my truck and kinda scared me and in that process I touched two wires together (not sure which ones) all I heard was a spark. Well now I can't get either radio to work - If I hook the stock one back up and turn the lights on (the radio buttons illuminate but still no clock no nothing).

kinda confused.

Truck info.
2000 F150 regular cab
THanks
