Pricing an older head unit

I have a Pioneer DEH-P7600MP used in the box that I pulled out of a prior vehicle of mine a few years ago. It was used for maybe 6 months before I deployed to Iraq, then after I returned I sold the car, pulled the head unit, and bought my SCrew.

I came across it cleaning out a closet and I'm trying to price it for sale. Since its discontinued I'm having a hard time finding a mark for comparison. Found one on eBay and was pretty confused at what I found; the unit and faceplate separately were going for ~$100 a piece. I don't know why that would be but I was hoping to get some input here as to what a fair price for it would be.

I found the specs on Crutchfield's website here but then I'm stuck. Any audiophiles have any suggestions?

TIA, ZelenVR
