Help, 2001 double din

I have a 2001 F150 and I will be upgrading to a double din head unit in the next month or so(saving up the $). I know I want double din touchscreen, ipod, and dvd/cd. I also wouldnt mind having nav or bluetooth but its not a necessity. It also has to be able to hook up to front and rear speakers(aftermarket) with amps, and later a sub/amp. I have been searching for a while and I want to idealy spend less than $400, since I am only 16 and am paying for it myself. I will also get the metra dash kit for my model(is there still cutting involved? I dont care if I have to do it, but I was just wondering) and the wire harness. So these are what I have come up with. Feel free to give opinions and/or suggest other ones. Thanks!

i would go with the clarion. and yes you still have to cut. the radio bezel opening is not big enough for a double din. its a small amount of trimming though. it can easily be done with a dremel

I have but when I search a specific model it never turns up anything. I did find a p3200bt on ebay for 330. I think I might jump on that one
