Does anyone have the Magneti Marelli nav head unit in their truck? If so, are you happy with it? I just purchased a 2010 F150 that came with this unit, and it does not have satellite radio. Has the ability to do spread sheets and power points, but I am not really interested in doing those things in my truck. What I do miss is my satellite radio. HELP Please!!!
