factory nav(2006) in 04 w/ issues
A buddy of mine has a 2004 f150 stx bare with not alot of options but it did come with a 6disk changer originally. He installed a factory nav set up out of a 2006 but the nav. doesnt work and the antenna doesnt fit. Does anyone know what he has to buy to have everything work factory like it came in the truck? thanks rob

First of all the nav has to be reprogrammed for his truck or it wont work, second the nav unit is an 07 (first year it was available), third Ford changed to the chrysler style antenna connector in 07, adapters are available to swap either an old style radio into an 07-up truck or swap an 07 stock radio into a pre 07 truck. This is the one he needs
