I am about to install a new head unit tomorrow morning and I was just wondering if I really needed to buy the pull bar tools or if I could simply make some, if so how do I go about it?

I will take pictures of before and after of the stuff I am about to do to the truck this weekend and show ya'll....

 

As cheap as they are I would buy the. Walmart has them for around $6 around here.
