07 F150 Lariat with Audiophile

I'm tired of skipping over the satellite option when flipping through the sources on the headunit. Is there a satellite module behind the dash that I can unplug from the headunit to remove those options from showing up when flipping through the sources?

 

Yes there is, it's mounted under the radio and is about 1" thick. Just unplug the harness from it and the sat will no longer work. But, the sat radio will still show up in the sources menu.
