CD/MP3 head unit question...

I have an '05 F150 with just a single CD player. I am looking at changing it out to a newer stock unit with an MP3 player. Can anyone tell me if the harness is pinned out the same? Thanks for any additional info!!

Harness's should be pinned exactly the same as long as that new headunit is out of an 04-08

I would rather just put a stock cd/mp3 player in there... I am looking at a couple from members on this board and another board. If for some reason those deals fall through, I'll let you know!
