I currently have the stock 6 Disc Changer in my 2006 F-150. I'm wanting a different head unit that has support for bluetooth, navigation, MP3s, DVDs would be nice but not a must, and I also want it to sound good with my Audiophile. Also, I would like one that would allow me to upload my own POIs into the nav along with maps, etc..

I'm not sure about the price range yet. I figured I would just look at what anyone was willing to post.

I did some searching before the post and I saw the stick with the Pioneer head units. Those are nice, but I would like to hear of some user experiences before I purchase.
