I sold a factory 6 disc cd player form my 04 f150 on ebay it was in perfect working order when I removed it. The purchaser Installed it in an 05 f150 with the same steering wheel controles and is having trouble with it. He states that it acts like the cd changer is full and will not eject any cd's the led says error when he attempts to play or eject a cd. I am also 99% sure there werent any cd's in it when I sent it to him. He also states the volume up on the steering wheel controles does not work. Any Ideas Is it likely shipping damage or programming compatability issues??
