replacing stock stereo

replacing stock stereo

im having trouble getting my aftermarket stereo tu turn on.

Check the fuse and the wiring harness. Make sure that all of the connections in the harness are secure---check the fuse---perhaps one blew.

but since i just cut the wires its very difficult to match them to the aftermarket.
i think im just gonna put them back together

as i connected my wires for my stereo i blew up a fuse cause -,+ touched. it was a 5 so i took another 5 to put in for the head unit. when i was finish i turned on the truck on to go buy a fuse. after that i could not shift. so i directly changed the fuse back and it shifted. has this happen to any of you guys this is crazy!

Umm, no. Kinda strange. I dont even have a clue where to tell you to start on that.
