Question How do i connect an mp3 player?

Got myself an 04 F-150 FX-4, flareside.
It has got, i believe, the cheap stock radio/cd.
Is there any way that i can connect my mp3 player to this unit?
Do i need a plug, or can i hook up on the wiring?

you can go to Circuit City and get the ipod/3.5mm adapters. they range from $40 to $65 and they plug into the back of the factory head unit. it's gonna come off into this box and give you the option to hook up an ipod or any other type of music source via a 3.5mm cord
