Hey! I've got a 04 f150 lariat, I washed it last night and when i was finished, the stereo would not power up. There was some condensation inside cab so i waited till the next day to try again and still no power. I checked the fuses and took stereo completely apart , could not find anything wrong and no moisture inside. If anybody can help me out that would be great! THANKS!

 

What kind of headunit is it? .. is it the factory unit? Single CD? Multi CD? I've got a headunit out of a 2006 F150 that's Single CD laying around.

 

Yeah! It's the factory unit with 6 disk changer. I like the multi changer, Thanks anyway dude!

that stereo is junk anyway. mine went nuts a few months ago. i would just cut your loss and go get a nicer unit with more options.

 

Pick yourself up a Pioneer AVH-P6000DVD. Its got a 6 disc DVD player in it. Better than the stock HU by a TON!
