No dash lights after install

No dash lights after install
I just installed a pioneer head unit in my 2001 F-150 extended cab. After all said and done I now don't have any dash lights. Can anyone give me any suggests on what could be wrong

check your fuses you could blown your dome light fuse. there is nothing behing your radio that has to do with your dome light. your constant fuse to the radio may control the dome light as well so i would start there
