i have a 1991 f150, i installed the deck and when i turn my truck off the deck is still on i have to turn the deck off?what is wroung

 

You have the acc[12v switched (red)] hooked up as a constant.

 

Correct! Just to add a bit of description, your radio has two power wire connections. Should be a red and yellow wire. The yellow wire is for direct 12v either straight to the battery or to a factory wire that is hot all the time. The red goes to a 12v switched. Meaning turn the car on the red wire gets 12v, turn it off and that wire switches off too.
