Install Pioneer iPod Interface Adapter

I have been searching on the forums all night and cannot find how to install a pioneer ipod interface adapter on an 06 f150 (V6 manual). I recently had a Pioneer DEH 3900 installed, but wanted to try this myself.
I dont know if this will help but here is a link to the adapter: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Pione...oductDetail.do

I found this article but it was not the same dash panel as mine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You can go to the top and use a tool to get under the top panel. Then unclip all the way around.

Then remove radio, insert P-Bus cable (blue end), Mount box, Plug in black P-bus into CD-IB, Wire Power/GND, and route Ipod wire to glovebox.
