I have a 97 F150 w a factory tape player. Can i swap in a factory cd player without spicing? and if so what model and years will work

 

take a look at your plug behind the radio... check to see if it's the metra harness 70-1771, you just have to get a HU with the same plug , or you could buy adapters to make it work IF it is the 70-1770.. I'm not 100% on a 97 :o ..
