How do you remove the cd changer unit from a ext cab 97 f 150? Broke the side window and got glass in the unit and it will not eject.

 

The entire radio? Best way without the stupid special tools is to remove the entire radio surround by grabbing it and pulling it straight out, then pushing in the tabs on the side of the radio, then sliding the radio out.
