EQ and head unit
EQ and head unit
I have an '05 F-150 Supercab and have been doing reasearch on new head units lately. I've decided on the following requirements:
-Bluetooth built-in
-MP3 playback
-Three (3) pre-amp outputs
I have only found a few units that have these requirements and still fall within my desired price range. The Pioneer deh-9800BT and 7900BT, the JVC KD-BT1, and Sony MEX-BT5000. Not a fan of Sony and unfortunately I don't find many good review on the Poineer units. Suggestions on which unit or if I've overlooked some, please let me know.
Now to the reason for the post. The head units I'm considering are all single DIN and I don't want the cheesy CD storage hole w/ most install kits. I figure I should add a single-DIN EQ unit and specifically the Pionner deq-7600. I have Zero idea how to hook everything up and I'm looking for advice or possibly diagrams to make this work. Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated and I thank you in advane for looking into it.
p.s. Just to clear up any possible confusion, my goal is to install a head unit and EQ together in the double din hole provided by my truck. The EQ will be a huge help once I install all the speakers, subs and Amps
