Auxilery input for mp3

hi, I believe it is possible, but would like to make sure. I have an 03 f150 with the 6 disc cd, and am wondering if what it would take and how hard it would be to install a input like the newer models have. Any help would be great!

The 6-disc in-dash changer cannot accept an aux input. I replaced mine with an aftermarket single disc MP3 capable HU with aux input for under $115.

try an FM Modulator.... thats about the only option. Or get a new deck.

The PIE will not work due to you having the 6-cd changer.

Wireless FM modulators suck. Better off just listening to headphones on the MP3 player. Wired is an option (Two here) if you really want to keep your OEM HU.

A new HU meand he loses the OEM look (design/theft risk), loses 6-CD changer, and usually RDS. If you're using stock speakers, an aftermarket HU don't affect sound much. There are tradeoffs.
