I have a 2004 Supercrew with the Audiophile and the overhead DVD player. This is the new style with the CANBUS wiring. I have the in dash 6 disc changer with the subwoofer.

If I want to upgrade my head unit, will I be able to keep my overhead DVD player and factory subwoofer? I will probably eventually upgrade all my speakers, including the sub, sometime in the future. I would rather not lose my existing DVD player capability and don't want to purchase a new DVD system.
