Just ordered the JVC KD-NX5000 which pretty much has all the bells and whistles. Mainly getting it for the nav and blue tooth, but it is also sirius ready w/ dvd, mp3, ipod ready,am/fm, cd (already have matching 12 disc changer for it though I'll probably never use it again), 24gig hard drive which I can supposedly store up to 6000 songs on and so on. There's actually too much to list! Only real drawback I can see is the small screen (3.5" wide single din) ,but all in dash, which is what I wanted for the money I'm spending, $781.95 and thats w/ the bluetooth adapter. Couldn't afford factory dbl. din or the Megellin Ford unit which looks really sweet installed. Anyway, will report back and post pics of install.
