Factory Headunit

I have a 2004 F150 with the 'premium sound' package. On the back of the unit there are 2 extra connections that arent used. what are these for?

the larger one should be an aux input and the smaller on for your factory sub.
if theres nothing plugged in to these you might not have the premium sound.

You dont want to buy one from Ford. They way its priced you would think its the best sound system known to man.
