First off, I posted this in the 04+ Forum and got all of ZERO replies! So I thought I'd repost here and hope I have better luck!

I need help with the radio main harness pinouts for an '07 Expedition audiophile radio installed in my '05 Screw. It seems that there are differences between the '05 harness and the '07 radio inputs. First off the radio display is VERY dim and hard to read in daylight. On startup, the display is bright (like my original deck) but then dims. Finally the dash dimmer has no effect on the display, however it does control the brightness on the original radio.

I found the pinouts for the C290A main harness connector for my '05, but I need the '07 radio pinouts. I think I may need to swap the illumination lead to another pin. I normally search the forum for answers (the reason for the low post count), but I need help on this one. Am I on the right track with the pinouts or is this a dealer programming type deal?!?
