OEM upgrade

Hello I'm the proud owner of brand new 2007 F150 but I purchased it with the am/fm radio I saw a couple of OEM cd players on ebay. My question is simple is it just a quick change out to go to the oem cd player and how could I hook up the aux input even though my truck dosen't have one.
thanks

Swaping the radios is really easy. Remove the trim peice (starting from the top) and glently removing it. There are 4 screws phillips and or a socket will remove them. You can hold the readio in your hand and undo the radio ant and the TWO plugs in the back of the readio. Simple right? You will want to make sure that the new radio uses the same wiring harness. Then presto, reverse the process and you are good to go.

If you are getting something off ebay, ask for a photo of the rear of the unit and make sure its the same.

Welcome to the forum. Since this is your first post, you may want to use the Search function, you will get all kinds of results...sometimes helpful sometimes more than helpful and other times it may not find anything at all.

Take a look around, introduce yourself and visit often....you will find tons of info here.
