EQ question???

Ok so i just purchased a Pioneer 780MP and i love the deck, only problem is it has a 16 band EQ and in all honesty it would take me days to figure out exactly how i wanted it. I listen to a lot of stuff with double bass pedals so id want to hear like each little thud. I got to treo 10's with a good amp so thats no prob just quite a large EQ for a new guy like myself :/

honestly, I would start with a preset and tweak it to your liking from there...

I prefer mine with higher bass and highs, lower mids...

The double kick on the EQ

The snap in the double kick will be accentuated by an eq boost in the 70 to 90 hz frequency range. Generally that snap is acheived in midbass crossover frequency. Happy tuning
