my 06 f150 came with sirius radio and the regular single cd player with aux. I want to replace my headunit to get mp3 capability (with an aftermartket head unit). Does anyone know....can I just replace the headunit with another sirius capable head unit? How does the sirius interface with the stock head unit vs an aftermarket one?
