Double Din
Now and again customers have me install two DIN units in their trucks. Usually a CD player with controls for their 6 or 10 pack changer and a DVD player with the motorized pop-out screen.
Most DIN units come with a generic cage that has ears you can push out to fit tightly in the dash. I just stack two of these together leaving a little room between them to compensate for the face plates. Depending on which bezel the truck has, you may have to get a plastic single DIN adapter and Dremel out a hole for the 2nd DIN unit (to cover any extra space above & below the DINs).
As far as wiring goes, I just splice in the two DIN unit cables to a Ford harness adapter. Normally, I'll run the audio from one DIN unit through the AUX input on the "main" unit they will be using. Ford uses a 25 AMP fuse for the 12VDC line, and that's typically more than enough to run two head units.
