Will the deck from a 04 Lightning fit in a 97 F150?
I see on ebay some guy selling a 6 CD indash that he bought that won't fit his Explorer.
How many different 6 CD in dash decks does Ford have?
I see one with four release holes on the front and one with brackets on the bottom. Do they all have the same plugs?
Also how does the bezel cover come off an 97 F150 dash?

You'll probably want to check with the dealer for sure - there seem to be alot of different ones that look ALMOST the same but not quite.....

Based on this EBay item, it's unlikely that the one you're looking at will match up with your truck - it may fit physically, but the plugs on the back seem to vary quite a bit.
