Get the JL Audio Clean Sweep. It does it all, and then some!

I like the Alpine's also. I had a 9847 in my last F-150, and am probably going to get another or a 9851 and a Sirius tuner for my new one. Very easy to use. Both have only a single line display for Sirius radio though.

You can get adaptor parts to retain you stock controls in your steering wheel. Being a audio shop owner, car companies are making their cars so complicated thses days. The problem is no one from the car manuf.'s want to share their information with 12 companies. The average $35 plus parts for a headunit swap is turning into a very expensive/major install. As for decent radios, just wait a little longer, car manuf's are finally waking up...

Older Alpines like 9833 or 9835, Eclipse, Pioneer 8600 are all very nice, i wouldnt buy a new alpine at all. I heard the touch screens break and have failures, and everthing below 9851 has 2 volt pre outs.

I had a pioneer and really liked the features for the price but since I installed the Alpine I have bought nothing but and I am on my 3rd. Get the one that makes you happy. You can't go wrong when your'e looking at the top brands.

I like Alpine. I have a 9855, and its awsome. glide touch can be annoying, but really helps when searching files and folders on an mp3 cd. onlything I could ask for more (short of DVD) is a color screen, other than that, I'm happy, got a good

What about Kenwood? I have a lower end model (KDC-316s) I bought in 2001, and it's still kickin' hard. Never had a problem.
