I picked up a OEM 6 disc HU from an 05 f150. I am trying to install it in a 2000. The deck I am pulling out is a stereo cassette, it is half of the thickness of the 6 disc I just picked up. There is a sloping piece behind the dash that stops the new unit from sliding in and the brace in the back is different. Any ideas or suggestions? Also wanted to know if there is an amp output in the wiring on the 05 HU or where I can get a copy of the wiring diagram?
