I have a 2002 F-150 and i'm lookin for a recommendation on an aftermarket in dash CD changer/headunit. I need this to play MP3's, and not required but i wouldn't mind Sirius radio..but thats not very important...

I don't want a graphical display lcd or anything like that... i'm just tired of digging in the console to change cd's...
