I just replaced my mp7500 because thepreamps were shot for a new 670MP..

Really much nicer HU. graphics are richer and less cheesy.

The sound is slightly better then the 7500 and of course theprmps work so now subs actually hit.

The unit looks a lot better. The silver really makes it look expensive.

The functionality and menus are 99% the same.

The added a sub menu button on the face that just cycles through the sub menus... no biggie.

 

Im wondering what the 8 and 9 premier models will be like. Pioneer/Premier are almost always the best bang for the buck decks.

 

you get the best value with pioneer. I like alpine and their 9847 was only 199 but the display is so dated... and the 9851 was 279

for 270 I would get the 8mp. I saw that as well and it looks sweet

as far as sound goes I think any of the premiers will sound the same you just get more bells and whistles
