Alpine CDA-9833--what do ya think?
I have a friend selling a 9833 and I'm considering it. Figured I'd ask my brothers and sisters of the F150 world about experiences with it.
Any good/bad reviews? Someone out there must have one installed? What do you think of it? Good features? Wish-it-had-it features?

I have it in my 04. Its a pretty decent unit. Dont pay more the 200 bucks if its used. Crutchfield is clearancing them out right now for 299

Looking at my 05 catalog, i dont see the 9833 anymore, it looks like its being replaced since alpine has 2-3 new units out.

I have the 9831 and love it. I would have got the 9833 or 9835 but I already have an external amp and therefore would not need the V-drive or whatever they call it. There is very little difference between the 9831 and 9833 besides that. 9835 steps up to some nicer graphics.
Grab the 9833, it's a nice unit.
