04 MP3 with the Audiophile?

Does anyone know if the 04 Audiophile 6-Disc will play MP3's? I understand that the 05's will, but not the 04's.

Any truth to this rumor?

I put an Mp3 disc into the unit and it just displayed as a CD Rom, but wouldn't play it.

Unfortunately, none of the 04 audiophile head units will play mp3s. you need to have a headunit that has mp3 in whitel letters on the face of it to play mp3. Sorry.
