And the winner is...

403.3 rwhp/532.2 rwtq SAE corrected!!! . Now I know why I can't get any traction!
A/F stayed flat 12.7-13.0... second run with the K&N removed dropped it to 12.2-12.5 and HP dropped to 397. Third run with the 'race' program fattened up the low end by 10 ft/lbs but lost HP/TQ on the top end to end up at 401.2 rwhp and 510.3 rwtq. Me is happy...

Congrats on makin the 400/500 club with room to spare. Now that it's all tuned up, and the weather is in our favor, lets see some 12.xx track times to go with the dyno numbers...

That is my goal! I'm thinking with the 16" ET Streets sitting in my garage I can pare that down to a 13.4xx or so even with no oxygen . Hoping that by dropping the bed cover (140 lbs), bed mat (~25 lbs), tailgate (~40 lbs?) and spare (got to be 50 lbs at least), running unleaded race gas and racing at HRP at Fun Ford in May (near sea level), I should be close...

Yeah, but they will drop some with the re-burn to fatten it up to a A/F of 11.5--12.0... chip will be going back to JLP via Fed Ex along with the dyno data tomorrow.

Im curious... all these HD guys are gettin these great dyno and track numbers on the stock 20s. I wonder what kinda power you would be making with say, the L rims?

I know with my cougar I was loosing about 8-10 hp with my 18s vs the factory 16s

read this post 4door

its not worth it IMO. better off jsut getting a set of slicks and skinnies and run even better times, than loose the awsome looks of the HD rims. the truck would look funny with 18's after coming with 20's

O im definitely not saying dont run around on anything smaller than the 20s

Im just curious as to what kinda power is lost with the 20s vs the L's rims.

Hopefully when I get my 03 and the mods done ill test my theory (if an L guy will let me borrow some rims for a few mins). Id guess that if I was making 500 hp at the wheels on 20s that Id be more like 515-520 on the L rims.

i don't think you can gain horsepower from different tires.. it will give you a better gear ratio for the track if you go with a lightning rim/tire (smaller).

I am surprised that your is A/F greater than 12. With my JLP chip/6 lb pully I run less than 12. Be careful about knock. Check the link below to see my A/F in my most recent dyno run.
