I say 2/4
Personally...I like the stock raked look of the truck but it is up to you if you decide on keeping that. The lower you go...the better the handling and ride will be but it's more for looks i think.

frankyg61, do you have a HD? or a Lightning? If not, and you have a regular model f150, the drops will be different cuz the different suspensions on the HD adn L's comparted to the f150's
If you put a 2/4 kit on a HD/L, you'll only get a 1/4 drop, cuz the HD's and L's have a 1" lowered suspension from the factory. The drop is from the springs and leaf's.
so 2" springs on the front of a HD would get a 1" drop up front
4" shackle/hanger combo would still get a 4" rear drop on the HD though
a 3" front spring on a HD/L would only get you a 2" front drop
So if you are replacing the springs front or back, you need to subtract an inch to get how much it'll actually drop the truck.
If you are talking about HD's and L's, then a 3/4 drop is SLAMMED (would drop the front 2" and the rear 4). You couldn't really go any lower without some major modification and c notching and all that. And if you lowered the back another inch to get a 5" rear drop, the truck would look like it had a huge load in the bed and was dragging the rear.
a 2/2 drop (3/2 kit) looks awsome. a nice big rake. like outnumbered's truck
a 1/3 drop (2/3 kit) looks really good and level on HD's and L's
a 1/2 drop (2/2 kit)looks great with a nice slight rake
a 0/2 drop looks nice and level.
I know i probably wrote this to be really confusing, but hope it helps some
