hey harley... have you seen a model of the gray 02?

I thought I saw one at the dealer, but I don't remember... That was right after I bought the truck and the obsession had not fully set in yet.

thx...

yup, i got mine from diecastmuscle.com. They've got the cheapest price around that i've found since i've been collecting 1/18th scale models

they also make a DSG one that comes with a HD bike in the bed that are limited editions and they sell em at harley dealers only. they are like 70 bucks though

and american muscle also makes the dsg 02 HD's in a kit form. 1/18th scale and already painted and decaled and all, you just need to assemble it. They are pretty rare though. i've got it for the 00 and 01 and packed up in storage so they stay nice, but can't find the 02. but they do list it on their site that they make them, i jsut can't find where to buy it. if anybody finds one, please pick one up for me, i'll pay you back! Its called American Muscle Body Shop 2002 Harley Davidson f150 1/18th scale diecast model.

anyway, here's some pics of part of my collection of HD models. I'll have to dig out the rest and limited edition ones to take pics of all of them sometime. lol

02 model and R/C truck on right

I got one of those at my local Walmart. They had the 00 and 01 for long time. Just recently I found the 02 and of course immediately bought it. Was just $25. There was only one at that time.... Check your Walmart.

Coumer, i've been searching and working on it. ford had it listed in their dealer edition of the ford collection catalog, but they cancelled it before production started. I called beanstalk group who heads the ford collection stuff and decides what gets made, and got nowhere. I emailed ertl too, and they said they'd think about it for a new project, and i just emailed them last week again and said nothing yet

HD4mula, thanks for the info! I'll check that out. Wish the walmart was closer to me though. its like 45 minutes away, but i'll check it out next time i'm out there. If i can't find one, hopefully somebody else can pick me one up at somewhere and i'll pay them back.
Anybody find a website that sells them?

Hey #356 next time I go to my local wally world I will look for you and pick one up if they still have any. Last time I was there(saturday) there were something like 5 or 6 of them. They are all DSG and the interiors are all grey but it is still nice none the less.

Another online option to check.

The Ford Collection Online - Ford Truck Die Cast Models

Both are 1:18 and cost $37 each.

they've got a ton of 1/18th models over there!
www.diecastmuscle.com
click on what brand vehicle model you are looking for, then what model of the brand, and there are tons of stuff.

and i was just posting the link for diecastmuscle.com cuz its the cheapest place that i've found that sells all 3 HD model year diecasts

here's your torino
http://www.diecastmuscle.com/portal/...d/Torino/33399

but they must have about 500 different diecasts over there, just takes a while to look around

Yeah, I saw all the stuff-- that's what made me post the message to you-- I hate you!

I would pick up an '02 HD right away for the wife though-- but I didn't see it. And I would prefer black.

hmm, thats weird, they must have sold out or something. they had them listed about a month ago when i was checking the new releases out. maybe email them to see if they still have a few left, but just aren't listing them. they have recently updated the site so they may have just left it off

unfortuantely nobody makes a black 02HD model so far. if somebody did find one, i'd buy at least 10 of them
