Hey guys,

I took my truck in for service yesterday and i had them look at the transmission because I felt a miss in 2nd gear. Around 2500 to 2900 rpm the trans would slip then go into gear. The tech called Ford and called me today and told me that the feeling that I was getting was the torque converter locking up then unlocking then locking. And it was totally normal. Sound Right?

 

hey i get that all the time, at first i thought something was wrong but then figured out that it was normal. it usually happens for me when im going up hills or when i slightly stomp on it.
