Nice!

That inner liner is removable so it might not have to be cut so drastically. I can't tell from the pic, but I don't see a vent to the outside. If the bottle gets too hot, it will blow off the safety valve and fill the cabin with nitrous. Can you say nighty night?

I'll go check out the link. That is a ZEX bottle which is the system I want. You can buy the bottle in chrome also...

that would be pretty sweet in chrome! And not sure, but it looks like you may be able to cut a hole in the back of the console so the bottle will slide back further and maybe not have to cut the console up so much up front so its more stealth.

what size bottle is that one in there?

keep us updated if you go for it

zex only makes a 10lb bottle. If I can't get it in the console, i will have a custom, lockable box built for the bed area that will hold the bottle. I was thinking maybe one of those steel lockable toolboxes that fit against the side between the wheel well and the bed front. I will have it sprayed down with bedliner and then paint a "danger high voltage!" or something on the side to scare away a curious thief. When I am parking it somewhere I don't trust, I will remove the bottle...

That also looks like a pain in the **** to remove. Figure 15-20 runs on the bottle and you have to take it out to fill it. That will get old real fast if you can't get in and out in a snap....
