Splash guards for HDs?

Just curious if anyone put splash/mud guards on their HD trucks? I'm thinking about installing a small front and rear set to help keep the nerf bars and exhaust tips clean. The road by my place constantly waters the pavement instead of the grass and trees. I try to avoid it, but it's kind of silly (IMO) to take a long route home to bypass the constantly wet road. Any info and pics would be appreciated.

I got the Husky Liner #56531 molded guards for the front, because Ford didn't have any molded ones that would fit with the nerf bar in the way. I am waiting for the molded rear guards from Ford to see if they will fit. This truck is different than the standard Screw, so they had to order a different one than normal.

The Husky's fit perfect in the front, keep all that junk off the bars, keeps stones from hitting the sides of the truck and the bars.

The 00 HD's came with molded mudflaps in the rear, which helps keep the exhaust a million times cleaner. I really like them. they also have the ones with the orange HD logo on them, but i don't really have any orange on my truck, but if they came with a silver logo i'd get em. The front mudflaps from ford will work, you just have to notch them for the nurf bar. i've seen it done and it works aight, but big molded mudlfaps in the front look like crap IMO. There's a guy that stops up in town every now and then and he's got the molded ones in the rear, and he had teh flat rubber ones up front, so they didn't stick down too far. it looked really good cuz you don't notice them, and it really protects the nurf bars. i'm gonna get a set sometime.

You can kinda see my stock rear mudflaps in this pic. they do make a newer style one though for the fender flares

As for floor mats, i think i can say i've got one of the coolest sets out there...HarleyF150, not just harley LoL

Awesome, thanks for the info and pics!

I'll probably just get the plain molded rear and check around for small front guards.

That is a great looking set of mats #356. Right now I'm just using temporary rubber set from the local autopart shop.

Chuck...

I have a pair of NEW mud flaps that you see on W1's truck. They have the Harley Shield and Bar and were never installed. If you are interested...I will dig them up and give you a great price. Email me if interested.
