Went to Redline today and made a few passes with the best two being

2.00 60 ft.
8.65 @ 81.6 mph

2.07 60 ft.
8.66 @ 81.6 mph (same wierd huh)

Had a full tank of gas and some crap my wife left inside it.
Might leave it in there seems to help times lol.

Outside temp was showing 64 in the truck and the engine was warm on each pass - too board to wait to let it cool down- only 20 or so cars there.

Traction is still is a problem so my trip with be on some tire.

Overall I am happy with the times think I will mod up some more.
Just hate to spend hundreds for a few here and a few there.

When I was driving my '99 L, I was pulling 8.67-8.69's in the 1/8th...

With the same setup (chip n filter) Iwas pulling 13.45 in the quarter!

You are VERY well into the low 13's!!!

GT-40 do you ever go to Denton Raceway. I think I am going out there this Thursday to make a few pass to see what I can get.

 

I try to go to redline it is alot closer.

Need to get some 1/4 mile times.
