! he is left lane on this slip (car# 9271) No NOS, stock tires, stock stall converter, and i've seen him run this in person and have it on tape! I'll upload that this week soemtime if i figure it out



Cobra after his light burnout

 

Left Lane: his 1st run was a 13.07, i got that one tape, but took pics of this run cuz i couldn't do both at the same time. LoL. Still a great run!
He said he hooks better at atco, and he barely spun yesterday, i have a feeling the next time he's at atco he'll hit the 12's. i'll try and be there to video tape that also.



I posted a bunch of pics of cobra's truck in the Etown pics thread also. He's done a few more mods since i last posted pics of his ride from atco. Its lookin awsome!!!

 

Cobra that is awsome! Congrats and let us know when you hit the 12's. Also give some advice for launching off the starting line, your 1.8 second 60' time is very impressive!

What mods did you do to get the HD to 13.0?

What the best bang for the buck order?

Besides those you can also get torque converter and traction bars will help a bit.

 

if u do a converter u will not hook as good on street tires which is why i left mine stock , if u use slicks a converter will def help. and i am runing like an 8 lb puley i think its like 9.75 inches , and i am thinking of changing my uper puley to a lightning one which will give me like 1 to 1.5 lbs more but imnot sure cause it was cold here today and iw as sieng 16lbs of boost so 18 will prob kill my ,motor lol if any one has questions feel free to email me aqt cobrasvt1 @Aol .com

 

gt40 if u know alot about racing which im sure u do u will know that if i had a higher stall converter i would spin even more than some guys are spinning with there stock converter , but im sure u know that already,

 

well, before you blow up your engine, get into the 12's 1st and i'll videotape it, then you can bolt that timebomb on your blower LoL!!

i'll email or call ya a few days before my next friday off so maybe we can head out to atco.
