I purchased my truck in mid-May and received my gift sets in late July. You probably should call as gift sets for May purchases have already been delivered. Nice sets so try to get yours.

Question Ford Gifts

I got mine about 8 weeks after the initial purchase only to find my wife's name on it.

I called and left a message with the number that was supplied about getting this fixed, but have yet to hear anything.

I remember reading somewhere on here that someone else had this happen and got a second plaque sent to them with the correction. Who was this? Was there someone else I should call?

Please help!

dermaestro, Yeah, the same thing happened to me. My gift set came with my wifes name on the plaque. I emailed Alan Pinter. he said it wouldn't be a problem getting a new set but it would take at least 4 months. It took about that long to get the first set.

email

I don't recall seeing an e-mail address on the letter. Naturally, I can't find that letter anywhere!

Any chance you still have that address?

Thanks!

Hey maesto, Sorry it took so long to reply. His email is alan.pinter@beanstalk.com. Beanstalk handles Fords merchandise licensing and promotional items. Their website is www.beanstalk.com. Hope this helps. Sorry again about taking so long!
