i've been researching rangers a little bit on a ranger board since i'm going to be getting one eventually as a daily driver, and just happened to notice this link in one guy's sig.

then i got there and blah, its just a ranger with a few HD stickers here and there. I thought it was gonna be more HD like, with like 18" HD replicas, billet grille, black paint, emblems, exhaust. But I think that would look pretty cool with the 18"s and all that so it made it look like a "real, fake" HD-ranger. Be cool to see a mustang HD edition too i think. Just for the he!! of it

But they are Fords...and as such help enable the company to fund great engineering feats like our trucks. I satisified with the HD F150 envy I see when a pass a truck such as this and get the "stare" towards my truck.

 

I had a 93 Ranger that I bought new that was black. It looked more like a HD Ranger and it was in stock form. This cat is obviously a beer lover, but what is he smoking.

Hey Harley356, like your hood but I think you should consider another paint shop. They didn't do a good job matching the paint. Ha!Ha! Just messing! It will look cool in black.

 

hey f150rebuilder, haven't seen ya on in a while. Anyway, the hood is in the paint shop now and i'll pick it up on tuesday. I also ordered matching hood scoop inserts so it'll match the grille and i have 02 HD lights on the way i can't wait to get it all on. Thanks! i'll post pics when its all on!
