Best HP/$ mods?
Cold air kits are and will always be for looks I have been there with them on my mustangs for years and can say they are for looks.
Maybe in a best case senerio they add a 2 horsepower.
But in all senerio's they take away $200-300$ from your wallet.
8lb pulleys are great.

Welcome Tony to the forum. There is a lot of good info on here. Glad to see someone else from the Hoosier state. I'm out west living now, but used to live in Indy. Have you contacted Kenny Brown over on Gasoline Alley in Speedway? I'm sure they have some knowledge, though I haven't heard anything in respect to Lightnings. But, now that the Cobra is running a SC engine, I'm sure they'll learn quickly. I just heard they are not always the easiest to work with.

Do you guys still mess with carbed cars too? If I can't get my Super Gas Ford running any better by the end of the season, I'd consider some dyno time. I have inserts if noise is a concern in your facility (zoning) plus even Aerochambers for home tuning.
