Woohoo!
Package waiting for me on the front porch...
My lower grille from J&J is HERE!!
Can't wait to put it on. Gonna head out there now and figure out how to get the stock one out, dremel it, and put it all back in all purty!

Hope to get some pics online soon.

good luck with the install. can't wait to see the pics. its gonna be a 200% improvement over the lame black grille. who knows why after 00 they stopped chroming the lower grille

I'll be ordering a set of matching inserts for my cervini's hood soon from them, so all 3 of my grilles match. Kinda pricey though. 65 bucks for the set (only 3 bars tall too, and about 6" long ) and 15 bucks shipping! Almost costs as much as your guy's WAAAY bigger lower grille insert

I should have bought them back when blwnhd#34 told me he got his for 27 bucks!

nothin else i can do though so....

Angry

*Grrrr* Kinda growling at it for the moment. Came in to settle. *L*

Got the three bottom plastic supports off, but am having no success in getting the four plastic tabs out of the slots that hold the grille in place at the top.

If any of you other guys have some helpful hints from Heloise, I'll take it while I sit here and contemplate my navel.

Hawg,
The two on the outside, just pull out the small metal clips.
For the two on the inside, I wedged a small screwdriver from the side to lift the plastic on the top until the insert could slide out.
