New Flowmaster Today!

I am getting a new Flowmaster Dual Chamber today. This will be my first engine mod above stock. I am getting a decient price too, $300 including parts (family discount I guess). I will post how it sounds after I am done.

VAROOM!

Not too loud, unless I step on it. . .just what I wanted.

I also had the guys put my side exhaust in front of the rear tire instead of behind, and put some different (Stainless) tips on. Just gotta be different you know

This is definately a good way to start a weekend.

Congrats! I have Flowmaster 40's on each pipe...pretty loud. I kept my original tips on as I wanted it to look stock.

Question Exhaust Placement

4WL HOGG: You said you moved the exhust to infront of the rear tires - Any issues with passengers getting in the rear door? I am thinking about doing the same thing, though with 3 kids I'm a little concerned with it getting positioned directly at the legs & feet of anyone entering the vehicle from the passengers side rear door. I'm guessing thats why they located it behind the rear tire compared to earlier model extended cabs & Lightning's.

Treadwheeler, it still has to be after the nurfbar, which runs the entire length of under the doors, so i dont see that as being an issue.

chgames, i'm guessing that since karkrafts are 130 (probably close to what dealers are asking) you might be able to get 100 bucks for them since they are new with no rust. But more likely i'd say around 80? Maybe check out ebay to look for a going price, if you don't see one, i'd start an auction at like 70 and buy now for 100.
